On Thursday, 5 December 2013, on the request of the international prosecutor from the Basic Prosecution Office, Basic Court in Prizren ordered the extension, for a period of three months, of the House Detention for two Kosovo citizens (one of them is the former President of the Municipal Court of Pristina) suspected of intimidating a witness during criminal proceedings and obstruction of evidence, in violation of Articles 395 and 394 of the Criminal Code of Kosovo.

This case is one of many being investigated jointly by local and international prosecutors in mixed teams.
