The EULEX Correctional Office organized a four-day workshop for staff members of the Mitrovica Detention Centre.

The aim of the workshop was to train officers on prison security, provide an in-depth overview on the concept of risk and contingency planning, as well as to increase their response capacities in different crisis situations.

The EULEX Correctional Unit continues to support the Kosovo authorities in increasing their capacities in security planning, security assessment, risk analysis and assessment, contingency planning and other security-related fields.
