On 24 October, the Head of the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX), Lars-Gunnar Wigemark, met with the Kosovo Minister of Defence, Armend Mehaj, and handed over four vehicles to the General Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, Avdylkadër Muçaj, to facilitate the daily work of the Ministry.
