The European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) and the Kosovo Correctional Service proudly present the short film “The Change”, which describes the rehabilitation journey of a juvenile in conflict with the law. The film is inspired by the personal experience of one of the scriptwriters, who was at the Juvenile Correctional Center in Lipjan/Lipljan and who managed to successfully reintegrate into the society after his release.
