On the request of the international prosecutor from the Basic Prosecution Office, Basic Court in Prizren ordered one month detention on remand for three persons arrested for witness intimidation.

On Monday, 25 November 2013, officers from Kosovo Police arrested three Kosovo citizens suspected of intimidating a witness during criminal proceedings and obstruction of evidence, in violation of Articles 395 and 394 of the Criminal Code of Kosovo. The suspicion that the arrested individuals committed these crimes arose from an ongoing investigation where the former President of the Municipal Court of Pristina was arrested on 7 November 2013.
