At the initial hearing of the N.B. case at the Court of Appeals in Pristina today, the defendant N.B. pleaded guilty for Aggravated Murder. The EULEX Presiding Judge issued a ruling accepting the guilty plea made by the defendant. The hearing to determine a sentence is scheduled for 15 July 2013.

This case is being prosecuted by a EULEX prosecutor from the Kosovo Special Prosecution Office (SPRK).
