A panel of three EULEX judges at Mitrovica Basic Court on Wednesday (22 May 2013) announced a verdict in the case of A.M.. The court found A.M. guilty of Murder, under Article 146 of the old Kosovo Criminal Code, and sentenced him to 11 years of prison.
 
The court found that on 6 January 2012, A.M. stabbed to death a 23 years old male in Mitrovica.
 
The case was prosecuted by a EULEX Mobile Team prosecutor.
