A EULEX pre-trial judge at the Basic Court in Gjilan/Gnjilane has ordered one month detention on remand for two individuals. The suspects, who were arrested yesterday during a joint EULEX and Kosovo Police ROSU operation, are being investigated under charges of terrorism and illegal possession of weapons.

One of the individuals is allegedly a member of a terrorist organization which claimed responsibility for three attacks on Serbian Police in Dobrosin, near Gate 5 Dheu i Bardhe/Bela Zemlja.

The case is being investigated by a EULEX Prosecutor from the Kosovo Special Prosecution Office (SPRK).
