A panel of three EULEX judges from the Mitrovice/a Basic Court found two people guilty on charges of unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotic drugs. Two other people were found not guilty, while the charges against a fifth person were rejected.

The defendants were arrested in two police operations in March and April 2012 and were accused of importing and transporting nearly 5.5 kg of marihuana from Albania to Kosovo (Mitrovice/a).
