A EULEX pre-trial judge at the District Court in Gjilan/Gnjilane has ordered one month detention on remand for three individuals arrested yesterday. The individuals, who were arrested in a joint EULEX/KP operation, are suspected of being members of a terrorist organisation, which claimed responsibility for three attacks on Serbian Police in Dobrosin, near Gate 5 Dheu i Bardhe/Bela Zemlja. Two individuals are suspected of taking part in the most recent attack which occurred on 7 October 2012.

The case is prosecuted by a EULEX Prosecutor from the Kosovo Special Prosecution Office (SPRK).
