A panel of EULEX judges at the District Court of Mitrovica found F.T.(H) guilty of the criminal offence of aggravated murder and sentenced him to a long term imprisonment of 22 years.

F.T.(H) was accused of depriving his pregnant wife, S.C., of her life in November 2010 in the village of Buroja, Municipality of Skenderaj/Srbica. The panel found that the defendant assaulted and killed his pregnant wife out of jealousy.

The case was prosecuted by a EULEX district prosecutor.
