“Today, police officers from the EULEX Police Executive Department, supported by KP ROSU, arrested two Kosovo Albanians in the Prizren region in the context of an ongoing investigation into war crimes. The charges are related to application of measures of intimidation and terror; dislocation and displacement against the civilian population, committed between 17 and 19 July 1998 in Rahovec/ Orahovac and nearby villages.

The investigation is under the supervision of a EULEX prosecutor from the Kosovo Special Prosecution office (SPRK).”
