On 11 September, a medal ceremony took place in the Mitrovica Formed Police Unit (FPU) Camp during which the police officers of the XXIX rotation of the Polish FPU were awarded medals for their nine-month service in EULEX.
The Deputy Commander in Chief of the Polish Police, General Kamil Bracha, awarded the medals to the Polish police officers and thanked them for their professionalism and commitment. EULEX’s Acting Deputy Head of Mission, Cezary Luba, also thanked the FPU police officers for their service and dedication in effectively carrying out the mandate and the tasks of the Mission.
