On 3 October, the Acting Head of EULEX, Bernd Thran, bid farewell to Deputy Commander KFOR General Reinhard Ruckenstuhl by thanking him for the outstanding cooperation during the time he served in Kosovo.
At the same time, Mr. Thran welcomed the new Deputy Commander KFOR Brigadier General Laurent Michaud and expressed his conviction that the excellent cooperation between the Mission and KFOR will continue.
