On 10 January, the EULEX Formed Police Unit (FPU) together with the KFOR Multinational Specialized Unit (MSU) conducted a joint Crowd and Riot Control (CRC) workshop. This type of workshop aims at improving the capabilities of Kosovo’s second and third security responder, EULEX and KFOR respectively, and at increasing their operational flexibility. 

Prior to the beginning of the CRC workshop, both teams were acquainted with the equipment that is used by the KFOR Multinational Specialized Unit and the EULEX FPU.

While praising the commitment of the participants, the commanders of both units expressed their satisfaction with the outcome of the workshop.
