15 September 2022
On 15 September, the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo
(EULEX) hosted a group of more than 90 students from the Global Campus
of Human Rights - EMA, European Master's Degree in Human Rights and
Democratization.
EULEX’s Head of the Press and Public Information
Office and Spokesperson, Ioanna Lachana, welcomed the students and
their accompanying professors and gave a thorough presentation on the
Mission’s mandate, achievements and challenges in Kosovo, which
triggered a lively discussion with the students.
The participants
posed numerous questions, focusing on better understanding how a Common
Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) mission operates, as well as on the
evolution of EULEX’s mandate in Kosovo. The participants also learned
more about the Mission’s international internship programme: a unique
opportunity for young graduates.
