On the International Day of Enforced Disappearances, we join the plea of missing persons’ families from all communities to the relevant stakeholders and call on them to work together to shed light on the fate of the over 1,600 missing persons related to the Kosovo conflict.

EULEX remains committed to supporting Kosovo's Institute of Forensic Medicine (IFM) and other relevant institutions in providing answers to the missing persons’ families and loved ones in order to realize their right to know the truth, regardless of the circumstances of the disappearance, their ethnic, religious or national origin or any other characteristics.
