On 26 June 2026, the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) welcomed a group of 24 students and faculty representatives from the University of the Bundeswehr Munich, Germany, enrolled in the master program in social sciences and public affairs with a specialization in international law and international politics. for a study visit to the Mission.

The delegation was received by EULEX Acting Head of the Press and Public Information Office, Elisabetta Iurcev, and Head of the Police Information and Operations Component, Carlos Pereira, who provided an overview of the Mission’s operational environment and its role within the framework of the EU’s Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP).

During the visit, participants gained insight into the development of EULEX’s mandate over the years and explored the broad scope and complexity of the Mission’s work in supporting selected Kosovo rule of law institutions.

The discussion also highlighted EULEX’s continued efforts to promote and uphold human rights for all, ensuring an inclusive approach free from discrimination.
