On the 31^st of October 2024, the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) marked the 24^th anniversary of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security with a Spotlight Campaign’s video outlining the principle of rehabilitation within the correctional system and explaining what the Mission does to support it.

The Mission’s Correctional Unit works closely with the Kosovo Correctional Service and the Kosovo Probation Service to provide support in fostering a gender-sensitive prison management aimed at providing adequate and targeted rehabilitation activities for both prisoners and probationers.
