On 7 January, the Head of EULEX’s Operations Support Pillar, Tomi Salosyrja, the Commander of EULEX’s Formed Police Unit, Lt. Col. Krzysztof Sowiński, and his Deputy Capt. Łukasz Gorobec met with the KFOR Deputy Commander, Brigadier General Luca Piperni to discuss future plans and joint activities between EULEX and KFOR. The FPU Commander also briefed the KFOR Deputy Commander about the work and the capabilities of the Formed Police Unit.
