On 17 August, the Deputy Head of the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX), Cezary Luba, handed over to the Municipal Director of Health and Social Welfare, Salih Malsiu, IT equipment and a vehicle to help improve the provision of medical services by the Main Center of Family Medicine in Kaçanik/ Kačanik to patients in the area.

The Director of the Center, Sinan Zeneli, thanked the Mission stating: “This is the second time that EULEX has helped the Center of Family Medicine: the first time was in 2014, with the donation of an ambulance. This donated vehicle will be used for home visits to mothers and children as well as to other patients.” Zeneli also added: “Considering that our countryside is hilly and mountainous, I believe that this car will improve the quality of services for our patients.”
