EULEX experts discuss the issue of human trafficking

07 December 2009

EULEX experts in organised crime and corruption shared some of their experiences and knowledge at a major, regional conference organised by the United Nations. The UN Office on Drugs and Crime invited EULEX to a workshop to discuss the issue of human trafficking. Representatives from governments and NGO’s in the Western Balkans attended the conference in Belgrade. “EULEX takes these issues extremely seriously and that’s why it’s important we attend these meetings to learn about the latest developments in these fields. That will help us in our work in Kosovo,” said George Mills, EULEX’s Anti-Corruption Expert.
