EULEX Relocates its Headquarters in Pristina

05 February

The European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) has today completed the relocation of its Headquarters to the Industrial Zone in Pristina.

The new EULEX Headquarters will be located at the fifth floor of the Capital Gate building, adjacent to the existing EULEX Operations and Support Compound, which houses the Mission’s principal logistic and operational elements.

This relocation is strengthening existing synergies thus bringing evident operational, logistic, and financial benefits. Moreover, it will contribute to a reduction of the environmental footprint of EULEX, as 60 per cent of the Capital Gate building's total energy needs are generated by solar panels.

EULEX’s telephone numbers and electronic mail addresses remain unchanged.

The Mission remains committed to the implementation of its mandate: to support selected rule of law institutions in Kosovo on their path towards increased effectiveness, sustainability, multi-ethnicity and accountability, free from political interference and in line with international human rights standards and best European practices.

The former building where EULEX’s Headquarters were located (known as Farmed) will be handed over to its owner.
