Policy Advisor to EULEX Head of Mission, Daniele Pancheri, shared experiences and lessons from the field at the 8th Advanced Course for Political Advisors in EU Missions and Operations hosted in Vienna last week by the Austrian National Defence Academy in cooperation with the European Security and Defence College.
