This morning a Pre-Trial Judge ruled on the request of a Prosecutor with the SPRK and ordered the detention on remand for F.E. for a period of 30 days.

F.E. whose detention on remand had expired, was re-arrested following the request of the SPRK Prosecutor before the Pre-Trial Judge on terrorism related charges.

All parties have the right of appeal in regards to the ruling.
