A suspect in relation to the Bill Clinton Boulevard bombing case appeared before a EULEX pre-trial judge at the Pristina District Court on 7 June. The pre-trial judge ordered the following measures for one month: that the suspect’s travel documents be confiscated, that the suspect promise not to leave his place of residence except to attend the police station three times a week, and that the suspect refrain from having any contact with co-defendants or witnesses in the case.
The suspect handed himself in on 7 June, after the pre-trial Judge issued a wanted notice on 28 May 2012.
