The pre-trial EULEX judge at Pristina District Court in the case against N.H. and L.R. has dismissed the indictment filed against them.

e two individuals are the Head of Kosovo Customs and the Head of the Legal Department of Kosovo Customs.

They had been charged with ‘Abusing Official Position or Authority’ and ‘Misuse of Economic Authorizations’.

The indictment is dismissed on legal grounds. The judge found there was no realistic probability that the suspects would be found guilty during the main trial. There was no well-grounded suspicion that the suspects had committed a criminal offence.
