Among the many concerns that young people face in Kosovo the issue of visa liberalisation stands out as one of the biggest. A professional migration management regime is one of the conditions for EU visa liberalisation. Stela Haxhi, a EULEX expert on migration management gave a presentation to students of the Skenderbeu school in Kaçanik/Kačanik on this issue. She explained that EULEX helps Kosovo to reform its migration management regime in order to prevent illegal migration to and from Kosovo.
