The SPRK has filed an indictment against corruption involving the public utility company, Kosovo Energy Corporation, KEK.
The Indictment alleges various criminal offences against 7 defendants, including - Fraud and Falsifying Documents, in violation of Article 335 § 1 and 5 and Article 398 § 1 of the of the Criminal Code of Kosovo; Abusing Official Position or Authority, in violation of Article 422 of the CCK; Incitement to Abusing Official Position or Authority, in violation of Article 422 of the CCK; and Entering into Harmful Contracts, in violation of Article 291 § 1 and 2 of the CCK
The value of the damage to KEK is 6.182.609,76 EUR
The case is prosecuted by an international Prosecutor with the SPRK
