EULEX would like to rebut media speculation on 31 May 2012, that EULEX permitted a Serbian Police container to be set up at the crossing point in Jarninje. EULEX is not aware of any Serbian police container placed near the Jarinje crossing point (Gate 1), and EULEX does not recognise MUP structures as they are not permitted to operate in Kosovo under UNSCR 1244.
