A EULEX pre-trial judge of the District Court of Prishtinë/Priština has ordered the four individuals arrested yesterday the following restrictive measures:
The suspects should report to a police station once a week for a period of one month.
The suspects are prohibited from approaching each other as well as witnesses and families of the victims.
The pre-trial judge ordered the suspects not to go closer than 300 meters to a number of people including witnesses and members of families of the victims directly or through any other person and/or means. The suspects were told that detention on remand would be imposed on them if these measures are violated.
